PERSONAL TRAINING


Personal training enables athletes to take full advantage of the knowledge and experience of the 4FITNESS conditioning specialists.  It is also an excellent means of obtaining fitness goals, and enhancing strength and conditioning.

TEAM TRAINING

Team training is available throughout the season (and off season) and is a great way to keep your team in shape.  4FITNESS uses circuit, speed, strength and power training methods to improve the all round level of conditioning of each team member.  We pride ourselves on creating a competitive atmosphere that not only brings out the best in each individual, but also encourages team cohesion.

  • Offering Pre, During, and Post Season sessions
  • Also available: Tennis, Golf, Soccer and many more

* If your looking for On-Ice sessions, the cost of Ice rentals is extra (unless its on your teams ice time!).

EARLY MORNING HOCKEY TRAINING

We offer packages for those in small groups of 1-5 players.  Packages can be purchased as single, 5, 10 and/or 20.  Programs are personalized to the players goals/needs.  "A player is only as good as their weakest skill, and a team is only as good as its weakest player."

Our sessions are offered early morning (5 & 6am) each weekend. Use them as a kick start to the season, conditioning for those competitive try-outs, or for your own determination to succeed.  "GREAT ATHLETES ARE NOT NATURALLY BETTER, THEY JUST WAKE UP BEFORE EVERYBODY ELSE"

Our services are for all ages and all skill levels.

BOOTCAMP 4Fitness

This option is not for the faint at heart but its also for people of all fitness levels.  The great thing about Boot camp is it pushes you to your limits and you go only as far as your body will allow (with a little motivation and pushing from us!!).  This workout whether you want 1 or 2 hours delivers a knockout punch to your body that I guarantee no treadmill or eliptical trainer ever will.  Put your own group together or just bring yourself out for a workout you will never forget!  Your first workout is FREE!!  Give us a try and we know you'll be back!
